Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal flotation devices (PFDs) that have been removed from packaging
- Customized kayaks or paddle boards with personalized features
- Opened packages of waterproofing treatments or maintenance products
